Le premier est un boitier nommé Interceptor, fabriqué en ABS et polycarbonate que l'on adosse à son smartphone. L'appareil mesure 70 x 25 x 30 mm pour un poids d'environ 30 grammes et se connecte en Bluetooth LE avec le terminal. Il renferme six récepteurs et deux émetteurs infrarouges, une batterie de 140 mAh, rechargeable via un port micro-USB.

Le second élément est un smartphone classique, sous Android ou iOS, sur lequel on aura préalablement téléchargé une application gratuite. Celle-ci utilise la caméra située à l'arrière du terminal pour afficher à l'écran ce qui se passe devant soi, et mettre en avant l'équipe dans laquelle se trouvent les joueurs face à nous
