Le Fonds public d'investissement d'Arabie saoudite et deux fonds basés aux États-Unis ont confirmé lundi leur intention d'acquérir la totalité du capital d'Electronic Arts pour 55 milliards de dollars.
L'éditeur restera dirigé par son CEO Andrew Wilson, depuis son siège de Redwood en Californie.
