ASRock is the only manufacturer that has commented on ComputerBase for the fans used on almost all X570 motherboards - the only known exception being Gigabyte with the X570 Aorus Xtreme .
According to ASRock, the Platform Controller Hub (PCH) X570 gets very hot in all operating conditions, even when idling. That's why the fans on all ASrock boards will also rotate throughout. The fans are temperature controlled, which means the speed and volume, but the manufacturer could not tell.
